STOP the loud bangs of Fireworks - It is killing our Pets and Wildlife

Every year at New Years and on Diwali, our animals suffer. The government has tried to issue certain times on those days for loud bangs, but unfortunately the public start a week before and weeks later you get that one person that just has to disobey the law. The day after these loud bangs we find baby birds that have fallen out their nests. We hear of pets that have gone missing - never to be found. This has to STOP!!! We are to take care of God's creatures.
