END UNCONSTITUTIONAL BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP FOR ILLEGALS

How can we expect to stop or slow down illegal immigration when pregnant foreigners show up in the US ready to give birth knowing their baby will automatically become a citizen. This encourages illegals, visa overstays, students and temporary workers who are female to get pregnant while here. The 14th amendment was not meant for illegals when it was created and it should not apply today.
