PLEASE HELP ME FREE MY SON!!! BY ONKAR PERSAUD

Michael was convicted of armed robbery in 1997. he was one of four kids that was involved in a robbery murder. Based on the evidence, Michael was acquitted of murder and convicted of armed robbery. the judge disagreed with the jury's decision and in a departure from the state guidelines and in spite of Michael not having any previous convictions, sentenced him to natural life without parole.. we have proved in numerous appeals that the judge was clearly in error when he imposed such a draconian sentence. I have exhausted every conceivable avenue and i am financially drained that i have no other choice but to seek public help. my son should have known better and should pay a price for his actions but his sentence is way to excessive the most important thing that any prisoner has is a release date. something to look forward to and my consolation is that he is doing his best to cope with prison life and staying out of trouble i firmly believe that everyone deserves a second chance and would be deeply grateful if you sign the petition and offer any advice that you may see fit....humbly yours onkar persaud
