Getting a felony for no explination and being questioned

What is going to be happening is that Seminole high school has announced if someone is juuling in the bathroom and you are just actually going to the bathroom they will question you and that person therefor if you know them you will also get a felony also being expelled from Seminole high school and brought to Pinellas Secondary (The school for people with felonies and shit) also if you get questioned and you say you do not know the person and they find out they have whatever you will get a felony and be expelled
