Cleanup 148 Wild Timber Pkwy

The property at 148 Wild Timber Pkwy, Pelham Alabama has not been in compliance with the community HOA. In years past, the homeowner, took the minimum amount of effort to ensure the property was maintained. however, this year, 2020, there has not been any compliance, and the home has become an eye sore.

Community members have been attempting to maintain the property, however, the property has become unmanageable in some areas, such as the backyard. The overgrown area could be a breading area for rodents and other pests and wildlife.

We are asking the property management company, Rely Management, to move expeditiously to require the homeowner to comply, or move forward with legal action to require the homeowner to comply with the homeowner's association guidelines. Additionally, we are asking the management company to maintain the property, in the interim, until a resolution can be made.
