Abolish Child Selling.

Whereas for centuries, children have been bought and sold from their homes to be used and exploited by the purchasing parties,

and whereas it is still technically legal to buy and sell a child in the United States;

therefore, we the undersigned hereby request that the United States Congress pass a law that makes it a federal offense to buy and/or sell children under the age of 18 years.
