Basically, Neil Jones and Chloe Hewitt joined Strictly Come Dancing in 2016 alongside their dance partners Katya Jones and AJ Pritchard (respectively). In series 14 (2016) and series 15 (2017) they both didn't have a partner as they were classed as stand-by pros (even though in 2016 when Brendan Cole couldn't perform they had Gorka Marquez, who had been eliminated with his celebrity partner in a previous week, step in rather than Neil, whose job it actually was) so 2018 needs to be the year when both get a partner. Need I mention that Neil's dance partner and wife won the 2017 series with Joe McFadden.

I have news! The BBC has let go of Brendan Cole which means that we will have to get to know one new pro. Possibly more if other pros leave. But we need to make sure that because Brendan has left, it means that Neil gets a celebrity partner and they don't bring in a new pro to replace Brendan!
