STOP THE ABUSE at the Cecil County Maryland SPCA
Terrible atrocities are happening at the Cecil County SPCA which is funded with taxpayer dollars. Little has been done to alleviate the suffering occurring daily at the hands of the inept director and her staff; however, with more publicity I hope we can bring this reign of terror to an end.
We believe the director and her staff should be prosecuted criminally and forced to make full restitution to the taxpayers of Maryland.
