We are a very small village/hamlet but have 2/3 local landowners who are trying to develop in several areas within the village which in end will all join up. We have already got 24 houses passed for develoment in the middle of the village, which is an increase of 50%, this alone will have a massive impact on our roads.
We have no ammenities, bus service, shop etc. Our views of the Wrekin are incredible, these will be gone if these developments are allowed.
Why spoil green belt land for purely personal financial gain when there are numerous brown belt areas allocated for development within the local area of Telford.
There are already plans for over 700 homes within a 1 mile radius of us all which have adequate road infrastructure, shops and pavements.

Today's brings the official 3rd phase application to ruin our village. It's for 5 houses, one which stands as big as almost 3 standard houses! After reviewing the plans, the drainage plans actually show a much bigger application waiting to go in! Not sure if Mr Developer wanted us to see this but it clearly shows a lot more houses on the site! PLEASE can you get signing and help us protect our countryside, our wildlife and our children's future.

Secondly we have no heard phase 2 will be heard at planning meeting 4/02/15 so please if you know someone who hasn't signed could to just remind them. We are hopeful to stop this 2nd application too. Thanks again

A quick update for those that haven't heard.... The first application has been refused for the 2 houses!!! 😃 were now preparing for the second application hearing in February! Please keep this going as it will help! Still no more info on the third application😔
