To have a heated shelter at the Coliseum Dog Park at 14th and Wabash

To help the Handicapped and other people with Dogs in the Cold, snowy, rainy Weather.

 I have lived in the south loop for the last 20 years. Over these years I have developed many heart problems such as congestive heart failure,  3 heart surgeries  and I use a handicapped scooter because I can’t walk over 200 feet. When the weather gets into the 30s I have trouble breathing and cannot take my puppy to the coliseum dog park located at 14th and Wabash Ave. I need to stay out of the freezing weather so I can breathe. I am not the only person with these issues. Please Help me and other people that would use the shelter.
