Veteran's Mental Health Care Bill

Approximately 30% of returning veterans experience some sort of mental health issue. Congress should create a Veterans mental health bill to address the care and service to be provided for mental health care. funding should be provided directly to address treatment and recovery, employment services, legal issues with the courts, and the end of mental stigmatization. The bill should be specific to resolve the issue surrounding Veteran mental health and provide long term funding. The bill should be called the Veterans mental health care bill.
