cruelty against dogs of Kerala, India

In the recent months, we have been watching videos of street dogs killed to death with a bamboo stick and the poor animal cried to hell! This is NOT Humanism, these reports are viral from the Indian state, Kerala after the discussions on 'How to eradicate rabbies from the city?' but this doesn't seem to be the right step taken by the civilians as they don't have any right to kill anyone!This is pure murder of Humanity1
