Bring Thomas Gibson Back to Criminal Minds

Thomas Gibson is an integral part of the the CBS series "Criminal Minds". Over the past week he was suspended, then immediately fired for an unfortunate on-set disagreement and slight altercation with a writer. He has admitted he was wrong and originally pulled from his immediate directing responsibilities and suspended for two episodes. That should have been sufficient. We all make mistakes and he has admitted to his. Why punish him and by doing so all the fans of the show by firing him. If you are a fan, you know his character Aaron Hotchner is the head of the BAU unit and a father figure to his team.
