End Bullying/School Shootings now!

There have been many cases of young kids committing suicide because they're a victim of being bullied. There has also been more cases of people shooting up schools. Both of these are not right and it's worse when nothing has been done.
What should be done is if kids are being bullies, they should be suspended and be sent to a counselor. If it happens again they should be expelled. For the schools, they should also have the clear bags/backpacks and metal detectors for everyone entering the school. Better to be safe than sorry.
