Getting sleeping policemen down Hilton Road (Firstly)

Hilton Road on Canvey Island has allot of speeding cars going down it everyday, we have families living on Hilton Road with very small children to young adults  and we have two primary schools. My 6 yr old daughter lost her kitten due to a speeding car outside my house, it could so easily have been a child, because of an idiot speeding on a quiet road, my daughter had to go through the grieving process, her best friend was taken from her.
I want to make Hilton Road and all of Canvey Island a safe place for our children.
Speeding cars need to be slowed down, specially on quiet roads, Hilton Road is not a race track..
Its our human right to have safe roads for us and our families.

The humps we have are useless and they only go down a short part of the road, sleeping policemen is the only and best way to stop this.
Enough is enough, something has to be done before a child gets killed. Then what will be said.
Act now to save a family being ripped apart through someone elses speeding.
