Divine Saviour installed 4 loud speakers and an amplified sound system. They blast their off key tape recordings into homes 8-10 times a day EVERY day. The sound system bounces up and down the hill like a concert hall.
There are no church services going on and not a sole around. Yet Divine Saviour still blasts their off key tape recordings anyways.
Update: Just went though 3 months of pure hell. The Los Angeles City Attorney, Divine Saviour Catholic Church and a 2 church members had me prosecuted. There was no evidence at all. The claims were all lies. Claiming I ran into the church yelling but there were no witnesses. Lies. 100 people there yet no one saw me. Lies. The Los Angeles City Attorney has time to prosecute with no evidence to shut one person up ...that takes on the Catholic Church due to their noise. Yet, refuses to prosecute in real criminal cases. The Los Angeles City Attorney has nothing to do but to be politically correct and take the side of the powerful (The Catholic Church) to silence the weak, one person with a voice. (Me).
How low can the Los Angeles City Prosecutor and Divine Saviour Catholic Church go to shut me up? Very low. When they go low, I go high. I fought back. I did not accept their plea deal to shut me up. That was more than just mean and cruel. Pressing chumped up charges with absolutely NO evidence is cruel. I was fortunate enough to have a young, highly intelligent attorney, public defender Mr. Christopher Kim fight hard for me. He worked very hard on my behalf. He was so fantastic. I was truly fortunate to have had him represent me. I now have a new view on the public defender's office. I saw how hard they work for their clients.
The jury came back with a quick verdict within 30 minutes. Susan Rocha - Not Guilty on all counts
Big bullies should never win. And, they didn't. Divine Saviour Catholic church, 90065 took me to court twice. Twice they lost. Big bullies lost. Liers lost.
