Stop partying near homes

I bought my home in 2007 since then a bar has been built and the nursey has a drinking thing every other week I have three younger kids that has to get up and go to school and I have to get up and go to work by 4 am I cant even sleep in my own home cause of this no one should have to deal with this help please
