End to cutting down healthy trees

Recently councils in Sheffield, Manchester and beyond have been cutting down healthy trees so that they can build luxury homes and hotels. And I am concerned because the trees help us to breathe and that all councils should be held accountable and forced to pay all penalties and be sacked from their jobs and banned from working in all councils for life.
