Tell Eurest/Compass Foodservice Corporation to remove Harmful Ingredients from Nursery and Student L

Eurest/Compass, the largest Foodservice company in the world, is knowingly purchasing dangerous ingredients- using cheap and dangerous chemicals to mass-feed their clientele- 20 million meals per day- including many children and nursery students worldwide as young as age 2.    

Just some of the problem ingredients are:  E 102: Tartrazine, also known as an Aluminum Lake Salt, contains Aluminum and has been banned in several countries before.  Ingested Aluminum leads to short and long term brain deficits, and has been implicated in the etiology of Alzheimer's Disease. E 631:  Disodium inosinate: not permitted in foods for infants and young children, no safety studies whatsoever published at Pubmed. 
  E627: Disodiumguanylate: not permitted in foods for infants and young children.  Unlike MSG, DSG has not been studied much, except for the flavor enhancing aspects in canine taste nerves.  No safety studies of consumption in humans at all.  E621: Monosodium glutamate (MSG) MSG is/causes: 1) liver inflammation and precancerous lesions in the liver  citation: "Monosodium glutamate (MSG): a villain and promoter of liver inflammation and dysplasia." Eurest's China foodservice head has been made aware of these issues, and yet they still as a corporation choose to use these ingredients daily!  Their clients are unknowingly consuming these chemicals daily, possibly causing untold health problems now and in the future. 

We ask Eurest to step up, show responsibility - responsibility for the health and well being of both the adults they serve, and especially the young people.  We ask that, from the top echelons of the corporation, Eurest totally remove these harmful ingredients from their meals!
