Protect tigers by re-routing trains away from Tiger Reserve

We call upon Lalu Prasad Yadav the Minister for Railways to act upon the wishes of Chief Minister Mulayan Singh Yadav in re-routing trains away from the Uttar Pradesh's Dudhwa National Park and away from tigers of whom 4 have been killed in the last three years. The Indian Railways are in a financial position to carry out this change of route as shown below.

Lalu Prasad Yadav is now credited with engineering the financial turnaround of Indian Railways, which was on the verge of bankruptcy. What makes his performance commendable is that he has left the passenger fares untouched and has found out other revenue streams for railways to make it a cash cow. When Lalu took over, the Indian Railways was a loss-making organisation. The Rakesh Mohan Committee (headed by Rakesh Mohan, secretary, department of economic affairs) had termed it a 'white elephant' and predicted that it was destined to hit Rs 61,000 crore (Rs 610 billion) in bankruptcy by 2015 [18]. Defying all these predictions , the Railways , under Lalu , booked an unprecedented surplus of 110 billion rupees (2.47 billion dollars
77 tigers were estimated to have been alive in the Duhwa National Park in the census in 2005, we cannot afford to lose any more tigers!
