Stop the Slaughter!

I live in South Africa, a country rich in animal and plant heritage.  Unfortunately, one of these treasures is under severe threat and the light at the end of the tunnel seems dimmer than ever.  We have experienced a rough patch with our Rhino population in 2011.  There was over 400 cases of poaching that we as the public know of, the rest is unknown ...  I would like to get as many people to sign this petition as possible to make it possible for the local authorities and game rangers of game parks to shoot poachers on site.  It may sound harsh but in other African countries it has proofed effective and as a stopping tool.  Some African countries have even gone as far as taking the poacher and training them in the game industry.  People that poached in the past are your best allies in stopping this slaughter.  The last case that I know of, the rhino's were still alive when they hacked off the horns.  The rhino's, 1 bull and 1 cow, is still fighting to stay alive but experts believe that they will not make it.  Please help me in signing this petition to make the penalties more severe for poachers.  If they can take a life of an animal what stops them from killing their fellow humans?
