Stop Mangaung Metro Now. Lets create an independent thinker to mangage our montly rates. I am tired of paying rates and taxes for No service.

I would like to test and see the interest in the public sector to see if anyone feels the way I do.
Bloemfontein has bocome a dumping ground.
Rubbish removal is at its worst.
Service delivery from the metro is at an all time low
Do your water get closed down due to non paymemt from Mangaung to Bloem Water.
We are not allowed to add clean solar systems to the electricity grid. We are not recycling. Our roads are not maintained. Our municipal funds are mis managed into the deep pockets of political parties.

Smaller towns in south Africa has done it why cant we. Would anyone back a system where we all take Mangaung to court and find them unfit to manage a part or the complete part of the city, and business run survices to clean up our town.
One or two people cant make a difference but if we stand togeter and agree to create something better we might teach our local governmemt a lesson.
Who is in control of Mangaung. Its me and you who are paying the bills. And believe me there is alot of people not paying for services. Service should be mangaged by the people paying for it.
If this concept is accepted in smaller towns it should work for us as well.
There any so many organizations in Bloemfontein feeling tired and drained by doing so much out of their own pockets to make this city live, maybe we could bring the change from a business perspective. I know that there any community groups, security franctions, corporate businesses, individuals, churches and so many more.
