The primary factor enabling the Trump administration to take unilateral actions that are in contravention to Constitutional requirements - from closing the Dept. of Education to conducting military actions against other nations — stem from the self-emasculation of the House under Republican leadership. To use 1st Amendment language, this is a monumental Grievance. It should be met with a monumental Petition, from every precinct in the nation. To force the resignation of GOP leadership from the Speaker to every committee chair, in order to require the executive to comply with Constitutional directives regarding actions related to any Congressional actions: creation and funding of agencies, departments, and programs.
