Expand the ETC program with Available Student Equity Funds and allow the program to utilize open cla

All students would benefit greatly from expanding our award winning ETC program by increasing the amount of tutors available at a more convenient times and sites. With more tutors available, students will be able to attend the ETC programs available to their classes, more availability would allow students to attend tutoring sessions around their families and work schedules. Student Transfer and Graduation rates will increase, and student drop out rates will decrease.
