I feel that libel should be legal in the USA, only the person who filed their libel documents in the document charges should be sued or arrested for libel

What I'm saying is that libel shouldn't be illegal in the USA, only if he or she didn't file charges or sue on anyone. What I'm saying if the libel statement isn't filed in the charge-documents, then it shouldn't be illegal. That's how I feel about it. remember people should be able to write whatever they want on the internet.
