Demand Deborah Sue Culwell Receive the Maximum Punishment Allowed for Dumping Seven Puppies in Trash to Die!

    Dear
    Honorable District Judge,
Riverside County District Attorney Michael A. Hestrin ,
Riverside County Animal Services Commander Chris Mayer

On April 18th 2019 in Coachella ,Calif., Deborah Sue Culwell 54, was caught on camera disposing of seven three-day-old puppies in a plastic bag into a pile of trash behind Napa Auto Parts in 90-degree weather.

Her actions are nothing but atrocious and nothing short of a murderer. Currently, Culwell is facing seven felony counts of animal cruelty, one for each puppy.

Acts of cruelty to animals are not mere incidents but indications if symptomatic behaviors. Studies have shown that people who abuse animals have tendencies to abuse vulnerable people, such as babies and children. Culwell intentionally and knowingly tried to cause harm and death to seven innocent sentient beings.

People all over the United States have helped share the video in attempts to bring her to justice. Her actions must not go unpunished! Please, the people demans the maximum punishment imposed.

Please sign and share this petition urging Riverside County DA to purse all charges and and hold her accountable for her actions.
