Make pet "owners" into pet "guardians"

People have been calling themselves pet "owners" for years. Now it's time to make it pet "guardians."

We don't own animals. Animals own themselves. Well why then have we been calling ourselves the "owners" of pets for years. It's time to become the "guardian" of pets. Sign this petition to help the animals not be "owned" anymore. This will be sent to more than just George Bush. It will be sent to governors, ect.
Dear George W. Bush,
We the undersigned, think that animals should no longer be classified as being "owned" by us. We think it is time to be the "guardian" of pets. Animals are not "owned" by us. They "own" themselves. Thank you very much.
