Stop The Inhumane treatment of the "innoscent until PROVEN guilty" in the court of law. This Is America in the '70's; We were taught, while in Grade School, by 2nd grade: That we are all innoscent until proven guilty. We have a right to be heard in the Judicial System and A right to defend ourselves from our accusers. We have a right to a Speedy Trial. And, OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS MEAN SOMETHING; They ARE VALUABLE TO US!
Their has been a surge since 2015 In South Florida Against White & Hispanic Women. It includes but is not limitted to: False accusations whether it be someone pretending to be a victim, confidential informant, Law Enforcement Officers, and/ or a real crime has been committed; that lead to illegal arrests where the suspect is being injured, and/or falsely imprisoned by Law Enforcement Officers: Either in a Baker Act, or the prison system.
One M.O. (and There are groups of drug addicts involved in): Crooked Cops receiving information from Confidential Informents; that are misleading, completely wrong and in a Lie, and/ or recommending Bodily Harm, which is acted upon by Law Enforcement Officers. This is Criminal! They must be held accountable. They must uphold the laws they govern! Proper procedure and protocol must be adhered. From the point the suspect is identified to the point of sentencing requirements are completed; And a release from custody is signed, sealed, and delivered. Even twisting a wrist where no medical treatment is necessary is still illegal, and requires an Internal Affairs investigation.
These confidential informants, & Law Enforcement Officers believe they have a right to continue criminal activity, and stay in freedom; All the while receiving financial compensation from: Law Enforcement officers, Law Enforcement Agencies. And even the confidential informants themselves! We Are Asking for Better, faster and thorough Investigations. Stiffer Penalties from those Law Enforcement Officers Found Guilty of such Human Rights Violations such as the examples given above and those infractions we may not know about! Any Law Enforcement Officer found Guilty Should be released from active duty without pay, pension, 401K... or any other Tax Payer compensations, salary, gratuities, Kick backs, and / or any other monetary system that may appear as compensation for a job well done.
