There have been two golf fundraisers (On Par for Kayla) for my daughter with CP, legally blind, feeding tube, non-verbal, etc which were organized and were huge successes to the efforts of mostly my immediate family, specifically my parents, uncle & aunt Kenneth and Jo Ann Jewell. It is in the divorce court order that permission must be mutual to withdraw funds ONLY for the benefit of my daughter. To date the Macomb County Circuit Court has not held her accountable for stealing about $7,000-8,000 from her account and provide false or no testament to its whereabouts. My cousin Jennifer Volpe-Martin caught my ex wife vacationing in Jamaica about three years ago while she continues to falsify information about her income to get more child support and put more financial burden on me unnecessarily due to her hostility from me reporting her to CPS well before divorce proceedings got underway while I was building a solid fact based case for a divorce and full custody of my daughter.
Please sign to vouch for my fact based character if you know me and also against my ex wife's character, as several of my family and friends openly despised and were not very found of her and her family even before I got engaged but were open with me about it after I was preparing the solid case for filing for divorce. She continues to not be amicable and lie under oath while her lawyer Lori Finazzo has been allowed to chronically lie, disparage, slander, and vilify me by several gender bias judges and referees in the Court. I have been under severe emotional and financial distress due to alienation and continued court visits to hold her accountable and looking for justification of neutral third parties to investigate this since the Macomb County court has falsified transcripts and committed perjury. Also, looking for the court to adopt an order for my ex to stop trying to remove my name on Kayla's account and grant me access to online banking without constantly changing the password so I can monitor her from stealing Kayla's funds. The court refuses to acknowledge to adopt an order for monetary damages for legal counsel Lori Finazzo and the ex's family member (Nicole Faubert) for slandering, disparaging, vilifying, and producing libel against me while I produce facts about them.
My ex has even refused to always provide all supplies for Kayla which she is supposed to which includes diapers, wipes, food for her feeding tube, sanitary supplies/syringes, and proper medicine since it is no cost due to social security and/or medicare. Also looking for Lori Finazzo or Nicole Faubert to pay for the ex's psychatric evaluation for enabling her erratic behavior and, a psychiatric evaluation necessary for Lori Finazzo for stating a false condition of hospice for Kayla & imaginary medical reason for my ex not earn her own income in the chambers of Referee Alfafara in the court to garner a unwarranted sense of reason for sympathy for my ex & her ability to properly take care of Kayla without professional caretaker help. Kayla even a a separated shoulder caused by her maternal grandmother. Nicole Faubert also needs to warrant a psych evaluation for her under the influence and hostile assault on me at a bar post divorce due to her hostility towards me for report the ex to CPS pre-divorce proceedings.
Referee's Maio & Kole, as well as Judge Rancilio, with their clerks and Lori Finazzo need to be disbarred for their unethical and gender bias behavior, falsifying transcripts, negligent child endangerment,and bullying and the Michigan Bar Association & Judicial Tenure Commission to act in holding them accountable and not obstruct. I have even attempted to involve the FOX 2 Problem Solvers, WXYZ Investigators, higher authorities, and other media outlets to hold the Macomb County Court, Judicial Tenure Commission, State Bar Association accountable.
