I believe that all executions should be halted in the state of Texas. I further, believe that any and all inamtes housed on Texas' death row, whose cases are aged, 25 years back or more should have the opportunity to have any and all D.N.A. from their cases retested immediately. I think cases like the one above shows that innocent men do get executed in Texas, and that something real needs to be done. Allowing people to die when there is doubt, is a shameful act on the part of any human being, and we need to stop it now! another example of innocence:

This is the case of David Leonard Wood, who in 1992 was convicted of murdering six women and sentenced to die. The case was based Solely on circumsatntial evidence, and jailhouse snitch testimony from inmates who are proven courtroom perjurists. These jailhouse snitches gained from their false testimony. There are many circumstances which do not add up in this mans case, and we believe that an innocent man will be executed, if D.N.A. is not tested. There was D.N.A. available, but the defense in this case was denied access to it for testing. Some peices of forensic evidence sat in a police locker for five years before it was discovered by the defense team in this case, then the prosecutors claimed that the evidence was too badly degraded to be of any use to them, and once again, they were denied access! this is a shocking case of corruption and cover ups, and we will not let an innocent man die for it.

This is just one case, there are dozens more in Texas, where circumstantial evidence was used to condemn men to death. We must not allow Texas to continue with this act of putting to death, men and women, who have not been allowed, through modern forensics to prove their innocence .  We must be the voice of these individuals
We the undersigned, are asking you to halt, all Texas exectutions, in light of recent events concerning Governor Rick Perry's actions in removing arson investigators, who were trying to prove the innocence of a man already executed. several renowned investigators now believe that cameron todd willingham was an innocent man, executed wrongfully in the death of his children. We also believe that, there are many inmates housed on death row, who might in fact be innocent, and should have the immediate opportunity to have their cases reviewed, and any and all forensic evidence retested. please grant this to us, the people, and to them the innocent.
