Vasectomies for dead beat dads

This is a petition to see if this could be a solution to the billions of dollars owing to our kids and mothers of dead beat dads.  These so called fathers walk away and don't expect to pay for their children.  Then are free to go and have more children elsewhere.  While the mothers of the first children struggle to raise the children on their own.  If these fathers cannot support the children they have, why should they be allowed to have more?  So please sign and pass it on.  Support the children that have been forgotten.
