Enough is enough of letting these vultures cause a hazard

These vultures are causing a road hazard and are vomiting on people's properties on their houses their vehicles and other belongings outside of their residents and furthermore they're lining up in the roadways and causing a very big road hazard something needs to be done about this. My solution is capture the vultures up and take them to the mountains and turn them loose like they do the bears and the moose and the deer it can be done thank you.
