Petition to change The Villages of Stonegate retention hole into a pond with fountain and park benches

The retention hole in the middle of the Villages of Stonegate  neighborhood in Wentzville MO near the soccer fields and pool is overgrown with weeds and an eyesore. This petition is to convert the retention area to a pond with park benches for the neighborhood to enjoy as well as to help increase property values.
