Care2 should answer help requests

care2.com have not allowed me access to my email account for over 3 weeks and have only sent automated responses to my help forms. I even rang care2 from New Zealand and they said they will not answer any messages on answer phone. I have filled out 20 help forms over the past 3 weeks and have had no actual help. I still cant access my care2 email which i have had for over 10 years. Sign this petition if you think care2 should answer the help forms personally.
