FCC: Require Media To Follow Ethical Standards During Elections

It is apparent that the media influenced many people in Wisconsin to leave their place in line, before they had a chance to cast their ballots in the Recall Election by telling them that NBC had projected the winner to be Scott Walker. How unethical is it when there are many thousands of people still in line to vote, in fact, enough to change the outcome of the election, to tell them the elction is over? 

We call upon the FCC to reprimand the News organizations involved and change the rules involved in allowing such announcements to be made to people standing in line to vote. That behavior needs to be illegal.
