Tell the Senate: Confirm Biden’s Supreme Court Pick

Justice Stephen Breyer has announced he will retire at the end of this Supreme Court term, and President Biden has pledged to fill his vacancy with the very first Black woman Supreme Court justice. It's up to us to hold him to it. 

The Court will do its job better when more diverse voices are represented, voices that align with the makeup of our country. But the reality is, Republicans will stop at nothing to steal yet another Supreme Court seat. President Biden must waste no time to nominate a Black woman to fill Justice Breyer's seat and the Democractic-led Senate must confirm her immediately.
