Richard Dill's inability to work with the other members of The Palisades Board Of Directors. He monopolizes time at the board meetings. Dill makes decisions on projects at the Palisades without first getting approval from the other board members.
Richard Dill's lack of organizational skills in completing projects. He took several weeks to complete the sealing of the streets within the Palisades. The sealing crew said that they could have completed the project much sooner if the project had been more organized. Dill also took months to get estimates in repairing the sink hole on East Canberra Drive causing inconvenience and danger to the residents of the Palisades. During the tree trimming/cutting project, he decided on his own to cut many trees at the Palisades that should not have been cut--unnecessarily costing Palisades homeowners more than the project should. All of these projects assumed by Dill cost the homeowners too much of their maintenance fees.
Richard Dill's inability to work well with the homeowners of the Palisades. He has spoken rudely, talked down to some, cursed at some, yelled at some, fought with some, spit on some, and made the homeowners to feel like they had no rights and to feel they were nothing in comparison to him. He has inappropriately tried to enforce the rules and regulations of The Palisades Condominiums.
