2nd chances

Ima singal mother of six children and i live in houston tx and im a ex felon. Yes i have made mistakes but i have come to a time in my life where i need change i have a job but is not a good one, we have resource in tx as well that help with enployment but i dont think that the state or tx is doing the best that they can do to help those of us who have mistake in our past. my petition is about second chances it is very hard to get a place to live and i think that the state should help with this problem every where i go im being denied a place to live with my children because of my background and it is hard having to stay with other people and moving six children atleast once a year. If the state of tx cn help me get a job why cant they help me and my children get a place to live???
