Earlier this month, Troy Jackson heard about a dog, Barbie, and her pups being neglected. Barbie had been hit by a car and had a broken pelvis and was left untreated to fend for herself. She and her pups were left out in the cold harsh Winter weather, neglected and abused by her owner, Troy thought he was doing the right thing.
The owner gave him permission to remove the dogs and treat them back to health. Once Troy was back in Boise, he was arrested because the owner filed "Theft Charges" against Troy. He is now facing Prison time because of the flaws in our Judicial System.
Please help me show how great Idahoans can be and keep the dog owner from ever getting these neglected dogs back!

Jefferson County Judges and Law Enforcement - You NEED to treat this guy fair! He was doing a very very honorable thing and I'm sure most of you would agree. There is an army of people willing to go to bat for all the wonderful things Troy does for animals and the community.
Please, reconsider this case and give him the time to explain why he did what he needed to do.
