Nuclear plants ,uncontrollable meltdown ,strange space missiles ,nuclear weapons and nuclear ammunition will damage man, and his universe forever
The End of planet earth is not far away ,can we save our Planet ,then lets join hands whoever you are and support this mission , 3 billion voices can stop new nuclear plants from being built .3 billion voices can stop scientist from abusing man ,environment and universe with new theories in the art of using radioactive atoms ,rays, and molecules for energy ,medicine ,and explosives
We love this planet ,we want our children to love this planet and we will not let anyone who spent a couple of good years in some university then creates a medicine that kills or degenerate cells or paralyse human growth or with few years in some technical university knows a little more Physics will design a nuclear reactor or a nuclear power plant that may be disastrous
Nuclear scientist have not been queried ,they have never been challenged and they have been given a untouchable spot i.e the gateway to destroy man and enviroment at any cost
What is the purpose of a Nuclear power plant ?
The purpose is to produce electricity by boiling water which becomes steam to turn a turbine that turns a electrical generator and the generator produces electricity eventually to cut cost of fuel like oil, coal and gas
Lets take a look at The Fukushima and Nagasaki nuclear power Plants can anyone forgive the scientist for being so arrogant .They just wanted to build a plant at the cost of millions of lives including man, animal, birds our fragile enviroment and fishes.
I have searched out an article on earthquakes in japan to show that the whole world including the japanese scientist knew that that part of Japan was the most dangerous place to build a Nuclear Power Plant and that Japan is the last place on earth to store plutonium,uranium238,radium or other highly radioactive atoms because of the history of earthquakes and we all know Japan is on the "dance Floor "24/7 . all these radioactive atoms do not stay quiet they chain react in any vibration .lets look at the vibrations
Japan is the natiotsunami in Japan. It hit Japan on November 29, 684, it has been estimated to be a 8,4 magnitude.Japan Tsunami is the most famous country with most tsunami.Japan record for a tsunami is plenty, but there are 20 time of great tsunami record in Japan. There are two Recorded tsunami before 1000 AD, there are Hakuho and Ninna Nankai. Ninna Nankai Tsunami happened on August 26 of the Ninna era, there was a strong Schock in the Kyoto region. on 1000 %u2013 1700 period there are, Kamakura on 1293, killed 23.000 after resulting fire and Shohei Nankai on August 3 of the Shohei era, alsoMeio n with the most recorded tsunami in the world. The Great Hakuho EArthquake was the first recorded Nankai on September 20, 1498, Again in 1605 Keicho Nankaido on February 3, wave height 5-6 m and 8-10 m , more than 5,000 drowned.the last in the period is Seikaido-Nankaido on December 22, 1698
Timeline: 100 years of deadly tsunamis
The latest killer tsunami in Asia was preceded over the past century by giant waves that also took a heavy toll.
One of the deadliest recorded tsunamis prior to the latest catastrophe was in fact just before the 20th century dawned, when Sanriku on the island of Honshu on Japan's Pacific seaboard was devastated in June 1896.
An earthquake measuring 7.6 on the Richter scale unleashed a tsunami causing a death toll of more than 27,000.
The following is a list of the worst tsunamis in the course of the last century:
%u2022 March 3 1933: Japan - At Sanriku on the island of Honshu, a quake measuring 8.3 followed by a tsunami caused more than 3,000 deaths.
%u2022 November 4 1952: USSR - The Kamchatka Peninsula on the country's Pacific seaboard experienced one of its worst earthquakes, measuring 9.0 on the Richter scale and causing a massive tsunami felt all the way across the Pacific as far as Chile and Peru. More than 2,300 people died.
%u2022 May 21-30 1960: Chile - A 9.5 strong earthquake was followed by a devastating tsunami affecting Pacific rim countries including the Philippines and Japan. The death toll was 5,700 in Chile, 61 in Hawaii and 130 in Japan.
%u2022 December 26 2004: Asia - An earthquake measuring 9.0 on the Richter scale set off a tsunami that struck at 10 Asian and two African countries, leaving at least 55,000 people dead.japan included

Kirishima (%u65B0%u71C3%u5CB3 in Japanese), one of Japan's most active volcanoes, comprises a group of 20 volcanoes located north of Kagoshima Bay: Takachihonomine, Nakadake, Ohatayama, Karakunidake, Tairoike, Ohachi, and Shinmoedake. A violent eruption started at Kirishima on January 26, 2011, the largest one for more than 50 years.
The large Kirishima volcanic group covers an NW-SE elongated area of about 20 x 30 km. The late-Pleistocene to Holocene volcanoes are dominantly andesitic in composition and consist of stratovolcanoes, conder cones, maars overlying shield volcanoes. The larger edifices are the centrally located, 1700-m-high stratovolcanoes Karakuni-dake, and the large maars Onami-ike and Mi-ike, located SW of Karakuni-dake. Eruptions in the past 10,000 years have been concentrated along an E-W line of vents from Mi-ike to Ohachi, and at Shinmoe-dake to the NE. Frequent small-to-moderate explosive eruptions have been recorded since the 8th century. Fumaroles are located on North slope of the Karakunidake.

On October 28, 1707 during the Hoei era, an 8,4 earthquake and tsunami 25,7 meter high struck Kochi Prefecture. More than 29,000 houses were destoryed and about 30.000 deaths. Devastated Tosa, Osaka, Tanezaki, Yunomine, Sanji, Ryujin, Seto-Kanayana and Dogo. In 1741 a tsunami associated with the eruption of the volcano on Shima island hit west Hokkaido,. 1983 Sea of Japan, and in 1993 Okushiri, Hokkaido experienced the highest wave 31 meters high. ,
2007 Niigata, and the last is 2011 Japan Pacific Coast.
japan built these Nuclear power Plants to save cost and look before it is fully operational and after spending billions the Fukushima Plant is completely destroyed ,it cannot give energy for a 100yrs ,on the long term we have to wait and see what the meltdown is going to do to a generation of japanese their DNA ,the enviroment ,the seafood that we eat and its cancer for all the neighbours .we cannot run away from the fact that excessive meltdown occured and plutonium is to be dumped in the sea .Man will still still eat fish and we cannot shut our intelligence to think japans fishes, praws, seaweed, squid, lobsters will not migrate to other waters without carrying radioactive material .marine life is exactly like birds they migrate when temperatures are too cold or too hot
Does Japan have any plans where they can safely dump their nuclear plant and nuclear waste or are we supposed not to question
The fact that tsunamis and earthquakes have been around for centuries all nations especially those is the target zones should be more cautious about the consequences of accidents thru eartquakes, tsunamis, volcano eruptions and tidal waves .Why are scientist determined to destroy earth .in the last century we have seen so many scientific disasters in medicine ,in nuclear plants in space ships ,warfare and more ,its proven
Now take a look at whats being engineered for countries who do not have money to feed all their poor .
it looks like there is a surplus of plutonium and uranium in the land of the mighty and they need to get rid of their stock .So encourage these third world nations to build Forbidden Nuclear
plants
Nuclear power plants -to be built
The latest plant designs currently available for building are generally called generation III reactors. They includeAREVA's European Pressurized Reactor (EPR), General Electric's ESBWR, Westinghouse's AP1000, and AECL'sACR-1000. Russia (see VVER), Japan, Korea, India and China all also have indigenous plant designs currently available for deployment.
In July 2008, Russia announced plans to allocate $40 billion from the state budget over the next 7 years for development of the nuclear energy sector and the nuclear industry. This will allow for construction of 26 major generating units in Russia by 2020 %u2014 about as many as were built in the entire Soviet period.
As of 2008, the UK has indicated that it will take steps to encourage private operators to build new nuclear power plants in the coming years to meet projected energy needs as fossil fuel prices climb, however there would be no subsidies from the UK government for nuclear power. An online calculator outlining UK means and limitations in meeting future energy needs illustrates the problem facing lawmakers and the public.
As of March 2010, U.S. regulators were expecting applications to build 26 new nuclear power reactors. As of July 2010, fourteen of the new applications were for Westinghouse's AP1000 reactor which has been criticized on safety grounds; the NRC anticipates completing the overall design certification review for theAP1000 around September 2011. Several license applications filed with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for proposed new reactors have been suspended or cancelled. The number of reactors with any serious prospect of being built as of the end of 2010 is about a dozen.
As of 2011, the People's Republic of China has 13nuclearwer reactors spread out over 4 separate sites (Daya Bay, Qinshan, Tianwan, and Ling Ao), and 27 under construction. China's National Development and Reform Commission has indicated the intention to raise the percentage of China's electricity produced by nuclear power from the current 1% to 6% by 2020 (compared to 20% in the USA as of 2008). This will require the current installed capacity of 10.2 GW to be increased to 70%u201380 GW (more than France at 63 GW). However, rapid nuclear expansion may lead to a shortfall of fuel, qualified plant workers and safety inspectors.
The 1600 MWe EPR reactor is being built in Olkiluoto Nuclear Power Plant, Finland. A joint effort of FrenchAREVA and German Siemens AG, it will be the largestpressurized water reactor (PWR) in the world. The Olkiluoto project has been claimed to have benefited from various forms of government support and subsidies, including liability limitations, preferential financing rates, and export credit agency subsidies, but the European Commission's investigation didn't find anything illegal in the proceedings. However, as of August 2009, the project is "more than three years behind schedule and at least 55% over budget, reaching a total cost estimate of %u20AC5 billion ($7 billion) or close to %u20AC3,100 ($4,400) per kilowatt". Finnish electricity consumers interest group ElFi OY evaluated in 2007 the impact of Olkiluoto-3 to be slightly over 6%, or 3%u20AC/MWh, to the average market price of electricity within Nord Pool Spot. The delay is thereforecosting the Nordic countries over 1.3 billion euros per year as the reactor would replace more expensive methods of production and lower the price of electricity.
Four ABWRs are already in operation in Japan, and one more is being built in Japan and two in Taiwan. South Korea plans to build 12 new nuclear reactors by 2022.
Russia has begun building the world%u2019s first floating nuclear power plant. The %uFFFD100 million vessel, the Akademik Lomonosov, is the first of seven plants (70 MWe per ship) that Moscow says will bring vital energy resources to remote Russian regions.
The United Arab Emirates, under supervision of the U.S Nuclear Regulatory Commission is also building 3 nuclear power plants. 2 of these will be operational by 2020, while the remaining one maybe completed by 2025. The project is targeted towards reducing the domestic oil consumption of the state for power generation.
What is our concern and what are we fighting ?
Our concern is
The most important subsidies to the nuclear industry do not involve cash payments. Rather, they shift construction costs and operating risks from investors to taxpayers and ratepayers, thats us with a voice and a vote .Why allow them to burden us with an array of risks including cost overruns, defaults to accidents, and nuclear waste management. This burden on the man in the street has remained remarkably consistent throughout the nuclear industry%u2019s history, and the general public do not have a choice because everyone favors old fashioned energy to rocket science radition meltdown
Decommissioning
Can all these third world countries afford to decommissiong t
At the end of a nuclear plant's lifetime (estimated at between 40 and 60 years), the plant must be decommissioned. This entails either Dismantling, Safe Storage or Entombment. Operators are usually required to build up a fund to cover these costs while the plant is operating, to limit the financial risk from operator bankruptcy.
In the United States, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission(NRC) requires plants to finish the process within 60 years of closing. Since it may cost $300 million or more to shut down and decommission a plant, the NRC requires plant owners to set aside money when the plant is still operating to pay for the future shutdown costs.[39] In June 2009, the NRC published concerns that owners were not setting aside sufficient funds
WHAT IS RADIOACTIVITY?
Atoms are not all stable. The excess energy contained in an unstable atom is released in one of a few basic particles and energetic waves. The Greek alphabet is used to name the particles (in the order of their discovery).
Beta rays affect the outer surface ,skin ,hair ,teeth, nails
Alpha rays affect internal organs and blood including fluids and gas
But Gamma rays penetrate bones, skull, skeleton changing compositions in gene, germ, chromosomes, including DNA;and all atoms within sometimes the change could be mutations that cause handicap and disfigurations for generations

Accidents from nuclear plant atoms and radiation released directly into the human enviroment [ different effects from radiation coming from atmosphere above and below sea level as all atoms immediately chain react with instant contact .if atmosphere from above the radiation is in fusion with other gases abundant in atmosphere therefore by the time it gets to human level it could be dilute but when radiation occurs at human level there is no other gas except abundant oxygen which when it reacts with any radiation bearing atom or element or molecule it will change to a oxide
ALPHA PARTICLES
The alpha particle is the heaviest. It is produced when the heaviest elements decay. Alpha and beta rays are not waves. They are high-energy particles that are expelled from unstable nuclei. In the case of alpha radiation, the energy The particles leave the nucleus . The alpha particle is an helium atom and contains two neutrons and two protons. It leaves the nucleus of an unstable atom at a speed of 16,000 kilometres per second, around a tenth the speed of light. The alpha particles is relatively large and heavy. As a result, alpha rays are not very penetrating and are easily absorbed. A sheet of paper or a 3-cm layer of air is sufficient to stop them. Its energy is transferred within a short distance to the surrounding media. However, its short flight knocks about 450,000 electrons out of the surrounding atoms. The alpha particle emitter will not penetrate the outer layer of our skin, but is dangerous if inhaled or swallowed. The delicate internal workings of the living cell forming the lining of the lungs or internal organs, most certainly will be changed (mutated) or killed outright by the energetic alpha particle. The number of lung cancer cases among uranium miners from inhaled and ingested alpha sources is much higher than those of the public at large. Radon, the gas produced by the decay of radium-226, also emits alpha particles, which poses a hazard to lungs and airways when inhaled. Homes built in areas with high ground radioactivity should be tested for radon buildup in enclosed basement spaces.
BETA PARTICLES
Beta rays are much lighter energy particles. The beta particle is an energetic electron given off by the nucleus of unstable isotopes to restore an energy balance. They leave the nucleus at a speed of 270,000 kilometres per second. They can be stopped, for instance, by an aluminium sheet a few millimetres thick or by 3 metres of air. The RS-500 can detect most energetic beta particles through the case. Weaker beta particles can be detected through the tube window. Although the beta particle is around 8000 times smaller than the alpha particle, it is capable of penetrating much deeper into living matter. Each encounter with a living cell, and there may be many before the beta energy is dissipated, is likely to dam age some of the chemical links between the living molecules of the cell or cause some permanent genetic change in the cell nucleus. If the damage occurs within the generative cells of the ovaries or testes, the damage may be passed to new generations. The normal background radiation level must contribute to the mutation of the gene pool. Most mutations are undesirable with a very few leading to "improvements". Any increase in the background level of radiation should be considered harmful.
GAMMA RAYS
The next "particle" is the very high energy "X-ray" called the gamma ray. It is an energetic photon or light wave in the same electromagnetic family as light and x-rays, but is much more energetic and harmful. It is capable of damaging living cells as it slows down by transferring its energy to surrounding cell components.
Gamma rays are used in X RAYS and other medical technology
Gamma rays are also bombarded to man via accidents from nuclear Power plants and nuclear weapons including nuclear fallouts from various space ship launches ,rockets but the most dangerous is direct Gamma ray applications

The above tells us Human life dangles hoplessly in contolled and uncontrolled chain reactions
the controlled chain reactions are coming from nature and the uncontrolled is made by man and his accidents for uncalculated risk with radioactive substances
Man has not even thought about how dangerous it is to dump nuclear waste in the sea,in space ,on land ,in deserts wherever . All living things can be blown up anytime thru friction and gases produced by these dumping .
Everyone has the right to fight and petition against nuclear waste dumping and nuclear technologies without planned protection for the protection of environment, human lives ,animal lives and marine lives . The cost for any nuclear technology is borne by the citizens of the country in the form of taxpayers funds ,if there is a accident the same taxpayers are killed or deformed or mutulated for generations .Should there be a nuclear medicine disaster, nuclear power plant accident or nuclear waste coming to earth from space ships, default satellites, nuclear test , taxpayers from around the globe have to fund and donate to repair and rectify the after effects
We have a voice and we have a choice as a united group of people from all over the world to petition against any nuclear technology that cannot protect the lives of man in the long term
This petition is to create a citizens law in all countries where the citizens must be informed about any nuclear technology that will be introduced in their country for whatever progress ,energy ,medicine, arms ,weapons and research and the citizens must vote for or against the nuclear project
If the citizens vote for a power plant in their country then if an accident like Fukushima or Chernobyl happens ,its their choice to die by radiation or suffer radiation
However no government , no politician ,no scientist to proof his power or on a ego tip be allowed to force ignorant citizens to accept the dangers of nuclear accidents and nuclear waste
