On behalf of Subscribers, Customers and Consumers representative of service users, who are and were overcharge fees, charge up-front fees or advance-fees before services are provided or received through service providers across the country, who signed this petition, I present you with this petition requesting the federal and state government as well as individuals to file against those which overcharge fees, charge up-front fees or advance-fees before services are received. This measure, while may not solving the problem of the overcharge fees, charge up-front fees or advance-fees, will help address the overcharge fees, charge up-front fees or advance-fees problem this country faces. I am sure you will see the logic in this request and will implement this measure until the greater problem of overcharge fees, charge up-front fees or advance-fees in the US can be fairly and properly resolved.
