About a year ago, I created a petition calling for help for Mrs. Tran Thi Bich Van, who lives in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.
Mrs. Van is a poor, homeless woman, but her love for dogs is incredible. She saves and helps all the homeless handicapped dogs and the dogs that are left behind by their owners... She and her dogs really need support from all of you.
The story about this woman was posted on Tuoi Tre online a year ago, and soon, there were many good replies from kind-hearted people in Ho Chi Minh city.
However, many people who live so far away don't know how to support Mrs. Van, and now, after over a year, Khanh, a young female in Ho Chi Minh city, creates a bank account for Mrs. Van.
