Bring Bravo to Time Warner Cable in Raleigh, NC

All of the best shows come on the Bravo network, but Raleigh does not get this station.  There are many people in Raleigh who want Bravo!  We want to watch Project Runway and The Real Housewives of the OC!  Why does Myrtle Beach get Bravo?  Why do viewers in Arlington, VA and New Orleans, LA get to enjoy these shows, but we do not?!
