One of the main causes of global warming is deforestation, where people cut down trees in forests at a rapid and dangerous pace. We need the trees to protect us from extreme hot temperatures and to give us the energy it absorbs from the sun that helps us breathe.
There's a show on the History Channel called "Axe Men," a documentary about these loggers and how they work in cutting down trees in large forests. I personally think that this show is an extrememely bad influence to those who care about the planet's trees. It's almost as if those workers are trying to encourage more people to come and work with them in destroying are beloved forests. Well, we certainly can't let that happen.
I encourage as many people around the world to sign this petition to get this horrible show canceled. If we keep argueing against it and make it become unpopular, then History Channel will have no choice but to cancel the show completely.
This petition can act as a first step towards saving the trees that the planet and everything/everyone that lives on it need to continue to live, I truly believe that.
We the undersigned, who love the trees of this planet with all of our hearts, have had enough of seeing so many of them cut down. We need the trees to continue to live. Trees protect us from extreme hot temperatures (like the kind that global warming is creating) and give us the energy that other living things need to breathe, grow, and live.
Your show, "Ax Men," imposes a bad influence on every tree-lover that I'm sure exists in this world. We don't care how hard or dangerous it is for the workers. We only care about how badly it affects the planet. I mean, there might have been some harmless, innocent animals that once lived in the trees that the workers of "Ax Men" cut down. Now, they might no longer have a home to live in, where they could get their food and escape from dangrous predators. But, the predators that they can't escape from is us, the humans, and good-hearted humans like us are not going to let that continue.
So, History Channel, just you wait and see how awful the show "Ax Men" really is, once it starts to become as unpopular as it should always be, even when the planet isn't in a crisis like this in the future.
