Create a Student-Choice policy for animal Dissection in Idaho and Washingtron

Our goal is to create a alternative to dissection for ethical reasons. No, we're not trying to get dissection completley eliminated. We're trying to give a student their right to choose an alternative for the dissection of animals. We believe a student has a right to choose a different route of their education rather than participating in a dissection at a College/University or other school. The student can choose the alternative for personal, ethical, religious or disability reasons.
