diliberate no to raise child. dump her out on only grandparents

this whole position is confusioning. she never took care of her after she was born. me and my husband (graqndparents, took full care of her like she was our baby6,) all she thougnt of was spending time with the dad( our son her family through her out of the house when she got pregnant and we took legal guardin of her. she came to live with us. after the baby girl was born she had nothing to do with her. my parents (great grandparents) and us the grandparents took care of her fullu. she gave her to her great grandmother to leave where she was. (at our house  we the grandparents had complete responsibility of her for for years. the mom never wanted anything to do with her. when we wanted to go to court to get custody after 4 years of her birth, she l8ied about it all and was given custody of her. now , she has abusived her and the place she stays is nasty and unhealthy. she herself weants to l8ive with nanae and pepaw. the birth mother never gave us any money to support her or nothing. her dad, which is my son was always there for her. the mom has lied the whole situation into an intire lie. she is mentally ill and p0athalogicly lying.. hannah wants to come live with us. she does not like her birth mother and the nasty place she is.. her mom has other kids from the man she married but the is their respondsibility not mine.  the parents of her dad are the only married parents in either side and she doe not know her mothers side. the step dad and mother are none to beat her with a bealt and other things. i have quit a few of medical records and a police report of all the thins that has been done. she is smart to tewll me what happens to her plus there is evidence of it. we want to save her from this awful childhood. she herself wans to live with nanae and pepaw. she was abondoned and never wanted to make a view of her until my husband and i tookj her to court to get custedy of her be cause she was saying we kidnapped her from her. no no no . she abandoned her and wasnt planning to have her back. pls help this child/. i am kimberly jowers at lpfkhs@yahoo.com i need this child to be taken from this mentally ill young woman. she has father and grandmother to protect the kids in the dads familiy, but these people will not protect her and it is not their respons8ibility. thank ou.  kimberly jowers
