Headway Bradford Needs a REHABILITATION UNIT

Headway Bradford came about due to the lack of support in our area, we
have been writing to Councillors and MPs highlighting the need for
extending rehabilitation, what many are not aware of is if a person
sustained Brain injury more than 2 years ago the Head injury
rehabilitation team based at Bingley Town Hall are not in a position to
help, thats all being well you are lucky enough to get a referral in
the first place, Aditionally our concern is the amount of members we
have , who have slipped through the net and the many who, because they
sustained their brain injury more than 2 years since have been left to
their own devices, The ones who have had the chance to be helped by the
Head Injury Team are the lucky ones, BUT the sad fact is theres lots
and lots who havent.

BRADFORD
