help enact kyoto protocol in USA

USA is one of the most significant emitter of greenhouse gases. The government of USA could be the sole cause for a major global disaster.
If not forced to implement kyoto protocol in USA, the government of USA is going to lead the path of human civilization  towards hell. It is our right to breathe fresh air. Global warming will cause meltdown of glaciers and polar caps which will in turn submerge many islands killing millions of people. There r many problems in the world(such as international terrorism) caused chiefly due to USA's nature of bullying the entire world and it's hegemony in the world. Citizens of USA can play the most vital role in eradicating these problems. You've got to speak(or protest or show your resentment towards the government in any form) to solve these problems. Being the citizens of USA you guys have a big responsibility. Let us not forget that our technological achievement is nothing compared to the damage we have done to the environment.
