Eric McDavid's Trial

Eric McDavid is a political prisoner, currently serving a 20 year sentence in federal prison for Cthought crime. He was arrested in January 2006 (as part of the government's ongoing "Green Scare" campaign against environmental and animal rights activists) after being targeted by an undercover informant who formulated a crime and entrapped Eric in it. Eric was targeted by the state for his political beliefs, and his case is important for everyone who dares to stand up. He is currently appealing his conviction and his sentencing.

Eric McDavid was obviously led into entrapment by the FBI, which has been openly admitted during his trials. We demand the immediate release of Eric McDavid in the light of his innocence. We also demand that he be given a fair and just trial, as opposed to a trial with a witch hunt aura during this hectic "war on terrorism" age.

If the FBI informant known as Anna had never led him into this crime, he would've never chosen to do it. Anna had the car, the cabin and the cash that the FBI supplied her with. Please consider this also.
