HELP,I WANT MY GRANDBABIES BACK IN NORTH CAROLINA!

This is a real CRY for help from a loving grandmother in winston- salem,north carolina.If anyone can help me, please let me know.I am disabled and I have had a heart attack and now I have heart disease which could take me at anytime.I am not able to travel very far.In April 2006 my daughter had to leave James Ray Wilmoth beacuse he had chocked her,hit her,and broke all the windows out of her home,She has 3 children.She and her children came to my house here in N.C because  they had no where else to go.In november 2006 James sister Theresa called my daughter and wanted the kids to come and spend time with her and James mother(the other grand mother there)for a week, she promised James would not keep them if he seen the children.Well my daughter let them go,she didint want to deprive the children of their other grandparents.A couple days later my daughter gets a call from theresa saying that the kids were in James house and that he was keeping them there and not returning them here to N.C.My daughter called the S.C police they said their was nothing she could do since they went across the state line,she called the social services there and told them that he wasnt sending them back and that there is drug use in that home and that there are 6 or 7 children living in a small 3 bedroom trailer and that her children were sleeping on the floor.The social services said it was fine as long as they have a blanket and a pillow.She told social services her story about why she left him in the first place was because of the abuse she suffered.They dont care.These people know that my grandchildren are living this way and they dont care.James Ray Wilmoth steals eveything he sees,hes wanted in north carolina for charges,but the police cant expidite him here. Hes wanted in ocean isle beach. He and his father have  been in and out of prison.Me or my daughter are not allowed to call and talk with my grandbabies for no reason at all.I love them and I miss them with all of my heart.If anyone can let me know if they are ok please contact me or my daughter at 336-352-4568.They need to be here  with people who love them instead of there sleeping on a cold floor ,around drugs,a dad and grandfather thats been in and out of prison from sealing  to even child molestation(the grandfather,Carly Wilmoth)James lives at 4607 E. Willet Street in Cherry Grove South Carolina with my grandchildren Jay,Allen and Hayley Wilmoth.Someone please help me get them back here,they are my heart and I love these children and with heart disease ,I dont know if I will ever get to see or talk to them again.PLEASE HELP ME!Thank You,Sincerely Teona Church and Starr Wilmoth
